Hey 99 Mounty go ahead snd send me the link to your videos in a PM and i wil download those and add those to our little growing collection. And once i got all the videos we ned to make a decent video then i will cut it all together and talk with you about the hosting part. Cool? Anyone other sport trucks have any videos just message me and send them here or post a link to wherever on the net they are currently hosted. thanks.

My friend (the commentator) Moved to florida here recently. But i will be sure to make a video and send him a copy when done. Maybe i will ask my other buddy bobby to race before he puts his nitrous kit in his 98 GT that way the commentato can see me beating a GT mustang. No offense about the mustang talk. Just got to put my other friend in his place. lol. I still am debating whether or not i should get an old 5.0 of 4.6 mustang or if i should gt a crotch rocket. I would love to have the car but it would cost more and be alot more for insurance than the bike would be. I just cannot decide. I still am looking for videos though. so if anyolne else out there has any of their streeter explorers or anything. Then just post the link here if it is already hosted or PM me with your contact info so you can either email it to me or do a filesend through messenger. Well take it easy all.

I am in the military. That was one of our nightfire training exercises. We do that for the4 new guys coming into our unit so they can see what we REALLY train to do. It is fun. Got a great shot of both the M18A1 claymore mines going off and the AT-4 rocket launcher. I got another good video too. It is a machinegun fire qual course. If you want i could edit and post that one too.

Finally got some decent footage. I was down in PA this weekend with a bunch of people from the board and got some video of Spas, 98sport and me putzing around.

Hey Mounty i got a video of my truck that is about 12 megs. Can ya host that? Being that it is so big i cannot email it to you but i can send it to you through a filetrans program like yahoo messenger or something. I am sure some of you explorer people would probably like it. Just a little tape of my buddy driving my explorer and getting a good feel for how the exhaust sounds.

Well hee is the link of my video. It is not super exciting, but it does show some of what i have dont to my truck. My Xplorer video

It is fairly big and a few minutes long. Hope you enjoy. I kind of talked too much in it though. Oh well what can i say, once i get started talking cars it is hard to shut up.

Yeah i do. By the way i just got done making another video. It is about 1.15 mb and is of a pretty good burnout i do. It also gets the 1-2 shift that chirps second. By the way just to remind everybody i have an automatic (Baumann Stage 4C Shift Kit). Once i get 99 Mounty to host it i think you all will enjoy this one quite alot. You dont hear them but the neighbor kids sure did. And some guy with a 5.0 that lives around us was all standing out on his balcony trying to see who did that burnout. lol. Well 99 Mounty i got another one for ya. It is alot smaller. Thanks for hosting these for me and the others by the way. I for one really appreciate it.

Rocket's new vid is up. It's really nice -- a quick download which speaks a lot about the direction Rocket's taking his Explorer.

The first vid highlighted his exhaust, this one seems to highlight more of his shift kit.

(I can't wait to install the Baumann shift kit in mine. I think I'll go w/ stage 4 as well. I got a bit intimidated in only thinking about installing it -- so I took it in to a shop for an estimate. The guy at the shop said -- a minimum of $56 dollars per hour is the labor charge. That's expensive.)

I knew you would love that stage 4 setting, should try stage 5 sometime, heh.

On the other video it looked and sounded like your truck wasn't accelerating as hard with the 20's then it was with your black rim setup, I thought there was something wrong at first actually b/c it sounded like it was only downshifting to 2nd but then towards then end it shifted into 1st.

At least with the AR rims and tires you can screech 2nd pretty good and it has a mean look to it. Try stalling the convertor, should be able to launch pretty hard and should easily do a nice smokey burnout on video. Have you installed a line lock yet, or are you waiting for the charger and everything to be installed?

edit - also, your funky exhaust setup with the mufflers at the back gives the 5.0 a real unique sound. It sounds different the 40 series Flows being installed after the cat with piping ran from there. Sounded like it had a mean growl down low.
