...hey w212warren, congrats on becoming elite...

...but seriously, that makes for a pretty tall truck and then you could run 35's if you were geared...that's like this guys truck, way to tall...:D

hey there w212warren,

im just getting ready for my d44 swap and will be selling my superlift 5.5 soon. i have the super runner steering and jamesduff radius arms along with a front 3rd member with 4.56's already set.

ill agree with the comments on superlift's strength, it is not the strongest, i have bent and broken the pass side drop bracket (i will not be selling these they are dangerous) but as for the coils, they are stiff in the beginning, mine are just starting to break in after about a year.

if you were looking to buy a brand new lift, my advice would be to save the $$ for a SAS although the TTB is IMO one of the better if not the best IFS setups for off road. there is just no comparison with IFS and a well set up SAS.

GOOD LUCK :D

Hmm How much are you selling the kit for or are you going to part it out? I need the driver side drop bracket(the one that holds the passenger axle) and the extended arms.

Burns I got the prices from superlift's website, I guess you could find it cheaper from another retailer.

shoot me a PM

dont want to booger anybody's threads now :D

...i'm not sure but it sounded like it had everything he was looking for as in lift and bl at the same time...and it's got 35" tires so i was thinking if he was going to go with 33's, the tires might look to small for as tall as the truck is...

i would agree, 33's would look too small on a truck of that size.

...roflmao, gotcha...:D

...but what he is describing is pretty much pictured there, plus some extra's...;)

thanks for the picture of the truck, that is really high, im looking to get some more height and flex

...depending how much flex you are looking for, unless you get into some serious bucks that setup will give you some flex...not the best flex shot but it will work...;)

does that truck have a sway bar in the front? looks like it does...

...no sway bars...limiting straps though...maybe you see the steering???

i was just looking at the articulation and it seems like the front is much stiffer than I would expect without a sway bar. i guess those 5.5 springs are stiffer than i thought

...that and the body lift fools ya...the top of the tire sits about the bottom of the front bumper...if you dropped the chassis down 3" it would look like some awesome flex...plus that rock is about 36" tall...if you look at the return thread of the truckhaven newbie run you can see a side by side shot of my x and another posing on the same rock...it's not that good of pic but the truck does alright..;)

...if you look closely at the pic of my X, there is a little helper rock just to the right of the big rock...that is what the other truck without a bl is posing on and he has 33" tires...;)

Ahhh, I forgot about the body lift  that makes sense...
