Will the extended RA for a 5 inch lift work ok with the 7.5 inchs of lift that I have. 6in skyjacker an 1.5in spacer.

It can only help right?

If so, anyone know anything about www.tsliftkits.com? Thats who I be buying them from.

First off the Skyjacker 6" coils actually sit at about 4.5" of lift once they sag
I assume your 1.5" spacer is the F-150 spring seat under the coil?

You are likely sitting at about 5-6" of lift over stock currently. If you do not have extended radius arms now, get them! They are the single biggest improvement you can make tot he ride/handling. travel of the TTB. Without them you are only lifting the truck off the ground, you are not improving the ride or handling.

Skyjacker arms will work fine with your setup.

the nice thing about the SJ coils is they are softer than most TTB lifts, the bad thing about that is they sag more. The F-150 spacer will bring you up to just above where you were when you first installed the kit.

that is correct 6 inch coils 1.5 inch F150 spacers

and if that is true about my springs sagging... do you know where I could order an aftermarket sping that would give me 7 inch of lift? Ive heard of a place called Blue Coil Sping and ive heard you can order from Old Man Emu. any suggestions.

u can order lots springs. just get some super lift ones, i dont think they sag as much. or online just makes sure the spring is 2.5 dia.

No way! Superlift coils are 450#.
They are available in 5.5 and 8"
The 8" ones will make your camber +, not able to align.
You must be careful here.

The 450# is too stiff for my liking, although they do flex well on heavier rigs like 4 door Explorer's with a winch up front, bumpers, etc.

You can order custom coils with the spring rate you want in any length you want.
Eibach will make you some, I believe National spring will too.

I am actualyl planning on running 8" lift coils with a 350# spring rate (variable rate if I can get them) and re-locating my boil bucket up on the frame 2"+/- to set the ride height at 5-6" of lift over stock (based on driveline and aligment settings on the TTB) this is the key to increasing the bump on the TTB, with most bolt on lift kits as you know you get tons of droop, but no bump. Relocating the buckets up and using longer coils will get your beams hitting the bump stops again.

if im looking for say a 7 inch lift spring with a softer rate what # should I look for....I know nothing about spring rate

well technically i already have 7.5 so im actually looking to loose a half inch

technically you DO NOT HAVE 7.5" the Skyjacker coils will sit at 4-5" and the F-150 spring seats are 1-3/8" tall.

The only thing im asking is where I might be able to order a set of spings. The main reason is so I can get rid of the f150 spacer.

COPY.
Eibach, national, local spring shop in the yellow pages.

Amazingly there are lots of places that will make custom coils.

I still vote get 8" coils and move the bucket up a bit on the frame :)
