Factory Cd Changer and AFtermarket HU

Is there anyway I can make the factory changer work with an aftermarket HU. Thanks

i think there is an adapter that will let you plug in an aftermarket hu and integrate it into your current system while keeping the changer. check out www.crutchfield.com
