Check e-bay

I have seen a couple on e-bay recently. Take a look there. Be sure to check out a seller's feedback before sending any money.

Check EBAY

thanks, I'll take a look at Ebay...

Are you sure the amp went out, or just the sub? If it's just the sub, you can buy a replacement sub from a Ford dealership or you can do what I did and do a very small amount of cutting and shove an aftermarket 8" sub in the factory enclosure. Just use a rotary tool to cut out the little part in the inside center that sticks out and cut off the rim that the old 6.5" screwed into and stick the new one in there and screw it to the outside of the enclosure.

The amp did go out, there's two amps in the rear quarter panel, the front speakers still play, but the rear amp/or second amp had some burnt components in it. I take it this amp is for the subwoofer...so, I might only need the amp, I'm not sure, and I don't know if an aftermarket amp can be tied into the system...

Yes, the speakers are powered by the larger amp that resembles one huge heatsink, while the sub is powered by the other puny amp. You could probably pick one up on ebay, but I'm 90% positive that you could wire an aftermarket amp in there, even if it has to be mounted somewhere else.
