Failsafe mode activated 2005 ford explorer how do I reset?

failsafe mode will happen whenever the computer senses a sensor out of tolerance.
off to dealer or shop to test sensors ect.

I had the same problem on my 2005 and i just cleaned the throttle body and it fixed my problem.. Its worth a shot as its very easy to do and probably needs to be done anyhow..
