Falken??

Im thinking about getting falken 31x10.50 R15 109S 6PR OWL, M+S. has anyone had good/bad luck with this brand or/and size? ive looked at the reviews and searched and cant find anything on them. but for 38$ apiece should i get them?? please help if you can thanks :thumbdwn:

that price for a tire seems too good to be true

thats what i thought but all the tires seem to be within the same price 40-80$. ive herd and seen people put them on navigators with 20's, but nobody that i know or can talk to. its not a mt or anything, just steet.

Falken makes pretty good tires. Their street tire in that 31 x 10.50 size is the Ziex S/TZ-04. The Ziex S/TZ-04 has a 3 out of 5 star rating on the discount tire website. A few of the reviews mention that the tires don't balance well, cause vibration, wear unevenly, and generally have issues. If you're looking for cheap street tires, it's hard to beat $38 a pop, but bear in mind the place you're getting them from might be selling them off cheap because they don't want to sell them anymore or something. If you can get free lifetime balancing (meaning you can come in whenever you want and get all four tires re-balanced at no charge) with the tires, it might be worth it. Be sure to tack on the cost of mounting/balancing, though. Even if the tires are just $38 each, if the mounting and balancing costs are a ripoff, it's not much of a deal.

thanks for the info. i have a mount balance machines so that isnt a problem. and im getting them from tires-easy.com but for the price you cant complain. ill let you guys know how they are when i get them.

i'm not quite sure about that price, thats kinda low. But i have the Falken S/TZ 04's in P255/70R15 and i paid about 45 a tire.
