I think retail is $350-400 for the front pair and the rear is something like $500 for the pair.
If you get all 4 corners, you can fit 32x11.50s and maybe 33x10.50s with no lift. There is still a good chance of rubbing though. 33x12.50s will require at least 2", most likely 3-4".
Much of it depends on the specific vehicle and what rims you use.
Think of the fenders as reducing your lift need by 2".
