...You can find that info in the "How to" in my signature...;)

if I'm not mistaken, the front should drop just a little when you allign it

cant block the back with spring under axle, it will only lower it. AAL and/or shackles in the back should level it

That's right. I keep thinking about every other single truck/suv style where the springs are ALL READY over the axle. Silly me. Explorers are silly SUV's.:D

Darn, you beat me to it. Josh, you should know that by now! haha:rant:

Lol. The one time I make a recommendation about lifting and I'm completely wrong. Guess I'll stick to sport suspension. ;)

Yeah, and Rodeo's and Passports too. My dad just got an Isuzu Rodeo and they are on the underside as well! First thing I looked at! haha:D You can lift the front 3" with just a tt! Than I gotta find some shackles or something for the rear! haha

Oh well, everyone makes mistakes.

And Durangos too.

ok so im looking at this weekend or next, money got tight and weather got cold, is there a big disadvantage to having rear higher then front? since it has 15 years of saggin and who knows how many years it was sitting on the leafs with no shackle support!! So is there a disadvantage for my Warrior Shackles and AAL to raise the rear?

ive head mixed reviews when i was working on cavalier

If you live in California, your front should be higher.
If you live on the East Coast or anywhere else your Rear should be slightly higher
:p:

I can't think of any BIG disadvantage to having the rear higher, hell trucks are set up like that all the time. Then again they do ride like poop.... I would say doing both Warrior Shackles & AAL would be perfect height for you're truck. I am a big fan of having the car sit about .5" to 1" high in the rear. You probably have about 2" up front, so with both Shackles & AAL you'll have about 3".

I'd say do one or the other, and if it's not enough then do the other.

I've got the same shackles now and after I get the spacer from Fat Bobs, I am thinking I might need the aal.

right i did the shackles a while back, had to do... ne wayz, with the spacers (jumpn4jesus you went where i suggested?) the shackles just aint enough, right now it sits 1.75 inch lower then the front... so im hoping this aal and new shocks sitting behind me on the floor will do the trick, plus once the springs resettle from the spacers... im just not a big fan of equal or higher fronts

Your rear springs are probably sagging big time. Because the shackles give you 1.5" and the spacers give you 1.5 to 2". Where does the other 1.25" come from! Haha

that is the measurements from it, tire to top of wheel well, but you gotta remember, i didnt know my leafs didnt have factory shackles, they were.. ummm gone... it was from, nothing, leafs

I guess it may be easier to do just the shocks in the rear first. I had a buddy who has a 93 Blazer, and all 4 of his shocks were completely gone. Once we replaced them he gained about an inch, inch and a half. Do those first to see where you "stand".

we started squeaking last night, coming home from getting her at work, we would hit a bump, hear a squeak, lol, of course something new....... hoping its just the rear shocks etc

I had actually come across Fat Bobs about a year ago and have just been waiting on $$$ so I can do it. I bought my brothers BB from there for his wrangler! Much cheaper than anywhere else and he got more (.50") lift as well.
I am also a BIG fan of higher lift in the rear than the front. Gives it that mean look to it. I think I am gonna black out my tail lights to give it an even more BA look!:burnout::troops:

i ended up hearing about Fat Bobs from eBay, lol i wanna do just the opp with my lifths, i wanna do all clear up front and would like to find some clear ones for the rear, man the weekend is getting closer, get more excited to see what my X is gonna look like in the rear when the aal and shocks go on, that and im waiting on my green shock boots

edit: lifths is suppose to lights

Thought lifths was foreign for something! lol jk.
I want to get the diamond headlights and xenon bulbs or H.I.D. and black out the rear.

Does F.B.G have stuff on ebay?

Well as I'm sure you know already. You must post pictures or else...you didn't really do it! haha :D
