Does anyone here have experience with the flat dash kits from exoticwooddash.com (or any other retailer)? Does the finished product look anything close to OEM? I want to install a brushed aluminum kit in my 96 Ex. I would rather have a molded kit (obviously), but I have been unable to find one.

Thanks

A "flat" dash kit is equivalent to a 2 dimensional kit from your link. In other words, the kit is not molded to fit the curves of the factory trim (like a 3D kit). On an installed flat (2D) kit, I'm wondering if there are any creases or if it completely covers the factory trim (specifically around the outer edges). I want an OEM look, but I don't want to send in my factory trim pieces for a custom coating. The only molded (3D) piece that I can find online is the one that fits around the radio and HVAC controls.
