i'm going to take the stock fogs out and wire some new 55W ones. will the switch and all work or am i overloading it? will i be cool is what i'm asking.

i'm going to take the lower front bumper off and place the new fogs in the chrome bumper and have them wired to the stock fogs switch and get the power from there.

what kind of fogs are you adding? if you are looking for good output from aftermarket fogs you really should take the time to wire them not like that.

they are some cheap pilot ones. but i'm asking will there be enough power to run them?

there going to be muddy and all in water so i don't want to spend the time on making it all nice if there going to get trashed.

what your doing will work. and i fully condone using pilot fogs in this manner, i just wired mine as back up lights that light up with batman logos and mounted them where they will go under water when i put my boat in.

thanks a ton Drew. i just needed the satisfaction that they will work and not have to do major rewireing.

i'm going to cut the wire and then extrend it and then doing to connect the wire and bam it'll work. i hope.
