Hello Members, I'm new to forum. Sorry is this issue was already addressed and I re-posted. I recently bough Ford Explorer 2014 Model base version, It is having a non-touch standard audio system. It has phone button when I push it shows "Phone Audio Muted" I'm unable to find any option for factory reset, anyone here can help if experienced the same.

Thanks in advance

You can try a Master Reset to see if that will help. If you have the Owner's Manual (3rd print), it will tell you how to get to it on page 437 SYNC. It is located under System Settings.

Thanks for your reply dear. I've explored the whole menu, but there is no option for "Hard Reset", "Factory Reset" or "Master Reset", I'm unable to find any icon or option to enable Bluetooth. I've tried a couple of key combinations too like Press and hole "power button with seek button" and "power button with #6 button" , unfortunately nothing is helping so far.

Sounds to me like you don't have SYNC (ie BT). If you don't have any USB ports you don't have SYNC. When not equipped with SYNC the phone button by designs mutes the stereo.

If this is the case really, it is very much disappointed to me by Ford. BT is a basic feature, phone button is there but no function of it. so sad

A base model 2014 (likely released in 2013) Explorer is a no thrills model. Not unusual in that time period to not come with BT/SYNC.

If post #4 applies to you as well, there is no apparent 'fix',
