I recently got into accident on highway and my driver side fender and the light got crashed into pieces. I put a new front fender and bought the headlamp set.
I tried to fix the headlamp set but all the shell inside which hold the screws are broken. Im trying to find that shell but i dont know what you call the lamp shell which hold the screws inside.
Thank you,:exp:

isn't that made out of some sort of composite material? I swear when I installed my new headlights, that it seemed to be some plastic, fiberglass hybrid.

Yeah, Fiberglass I think.

I would just like to point out something that is apparently often overlooked by do-it-yourselfers:
If you are changing the headlight assembly, and especially if you are also changing the header panel it mounts in, you MUST have the headlights professionally aligned afterwards. Seriously, do it, otherwise you are very likely to have slightly (or not so slightly) mis-aimed headlights, that will annoy, distract, and blind other drivers on the road.

Yup! Be sure to do this, I did it myself, pretty annoying, but if you just install them and go, they will be pointing some crazy directions, you need to align them to get the best light output, and to not blind other drivers.
