tried to have dealer install the Performance Calibration on my 23 ST It would not install, not yet compatible with the 23 model. Ford is "working on it"

They wouldn't. First off you are a PHEV and thus tune is for the ST powertrain only.

Yep, same engine/tune. The GT has a heavier duty transmission than the ST as well (10R80 based vs 10R60, right?).

In 2020, the 10R80 was only used in the hybrid version. No GT that year.
