Purchased my Ford Explorer 2017 brand new from Future Ford Concord. @less than 60K miles, I already felt something weird with the transmission as on a low speed, I felt sudden jerk with a sound as if the engine is confused whether to shift down or up. It keeps on doing that on random occasion and went over and over to dealership and keep on telling me they have fixed the issue. Fast forward.... as I consume miles and until I reached 130K miles, I complain the same thing and they said they already fixed the issue. After my last visit to the dealership, I still complained the same jerking motion. They kept on denying my complain about the transmission. Worst, the service agent who always attend to my vehicle is not writing the exact complain. The wordings on my services are not accurate. Until I gave up on disputing my transmission complains as they keep on saying nothing wrong. Until I moved out of the bay area so, I never spend time in driving to the dealership for complains. So here I am, @160K miles on my Ford Explorer 2017 XLT, will need to prepare thousands of $'s for transmission replacement.
And by the way.....no more FORD for me and American Cars!
