Found a Leak this morning....Any Ideas?????

Also I just found some of this liquid sitting on top of the engine?where is the thermostat located?
 






I've been reading abut this common problem with the lower thermostat housing... Could anybody post a pic of the location of the thermostat??? It's an 02 Eddie 4.0, Thanks in advance!!!!!!
