front air cowl removal

maybe I am not typing it right in the search engine, but I know there are 2 screws to remove, but I don't see them at all on my 97 sport. My windshield washer fluid is not making it to the nozzle, but is coming out perfect at the "t" so I need to see what is plugging it up underneath especially with all this snow. Pics would be greatly appreciated as to where the 2 screws are located, one on both sides of the 2 piece cowl I believe

dead center. if you look where the two parts joint together, there will be one close to the windshield side, and one close to the hood side.
