2000 explorer north face
I have a 2000 north face. The front aux lamps don't work, the haynes wiring diagram doesn't match the car and the fuse/relay diagram in the manual doesn't match either. Does anybody have the correct wiring diagrams and/or tell me which relays/fuses operate the front lamps? Thanks

Hi, I know my early 97 has different lights than yours, but mine come on with the high beam. I don't know if yours can be operated independently though.

Thanks - The lights don't come on at all and the bulbs are fine so it's either fuse or relay, neither haynes nor the owners manual are particularly helpful on this.

The only way then mate is to find the wires from the lamps and painstakingly find them going to the loom until you find power.
Have you tried looking at the 'logo's' on the inside of the fusebox lid to see if it tells you what each relay is for?

The lid only has numbers and the wires disappear into the loom pretty quickly. I figure a wiring diagram must exist somewhere. Local Ford dealer is no help - they don't believe the explorer was ever made for the UK market.
