In the cold weather i get a clunking noise on the front passenger side ONLY DURING THE COLD weather..... No i have checked all ball joints and tie rods and play in the bearings.... the only thing i can think of is the shocks are original.

Have you checked the rubber shock bushings and tightened the upper? I had a vehicle that I'd had the rear shocks changed on (before I had time to do my own repairs) and one of the upper mounts wasn't tight enough. It clunked for years (wife's car) before I finally fixed it. I'd even paid the dealership a diagnostic fee to find/fix it and they said they didn't know what the problem was (I demanded and received the diagnostic fee back).
