Since I have installed my Skyjacker lift, a month ago, I have been hearing a clunk in the front end when I turn to the left. It happens both when I am going slow(into a parking space) or just starting out(at a stop sign). I have read tons of other threads about the front end clunking, but I still haven't fixed it. I just read this REALLY old thread http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50386 . I have already gotten an alignment. I was also thinking that maybe the coil isn't seated properly, but my dad said that it is b/c they wouldn't have been able to do an alignment. I had the radius arm bushings checked by my mechanic about 2 1/2 months ago and he said that they were great. ANY help is appreciated. TIA

BTW - The lift was a 1.5"-2" Skyjacker lift with coils and an AAL. Instead of getting 1.5-2" I got about 3.5!! Do you think that it could possibly be that I need drop brackets or something????

Anyone know what it could be??

I think I might have solved it. I checked the sway bars just to check and see if they had loosened up since the install and the side that I was hearing the noise from was a bit loose. I tightened it and haven't heard the sound.
