tis is my parents and my little sister wrecked it. its her second wreck in 2 months. they dont want her to lose insurance so what do you think this would cost to fix ourself. the pics suck but its the grill and the whole front bumper and then a body shop to fix the hood.
dude that sucks, my sister will be learning on my parents brand new explorer next month .
As for cost, need the year, and what exactly is damaged.
Can the bumper be repainted, its plastic isnt it? or is it gouged? same with the grill. local body shops will be able to give you an estimate, hopefully it is less than 1000 for that damage. all parts are easily replaced/repainted on the front of a vehicle.
just a thought, buy her an old civic for 1500$ that she can wreck over and over again. then when she can drive good, let her use to new explorer. (Thats what i am doing this summer for my sister)
After one accident on a new vehicle this approach pays for itself.
