i'm wondering if 55K miles is too soon to need wheel bearings and ball joints. If anyone has had this done.. please let me know hoe much it ran you... thanx

Nope, 55k is not too soon for ball joints and bearings. My ball joints went at 26k :fire: and I'm beginning to think I'm gonna need new wheel bearings soon (36K). Not sure on the $$ for ball joints since mine were under warranty, but bearings run about $200 each since the hub is a sealed assembly.
