Front End Noise ???

I have a problem.. I had replaced the upper arms and ball joint lower ball joints,and new stablizer links.and shocks. I still have the same noise.. When I hit a bump,crack in the road. I get a rattle, like the front end is loose, LIKE THE FRONT END DRIPPLES..and at hwy speed, the steering becomes upset. almost feeling like the front end leaves the ground and the wheels reangle proir to setting down, then goes in a diffrent steering dirrection. Basiclly the front end feels loose. I have had it checked out by 3 diffrent people and they all say the same thing. everything looks fine and is tight...... after hitting a bump I get a rattle that last a sec or two.. this is a 01 explorer 4x4 130k .. stock....contact me direct if you can please.....ducrnd@yahoo.com

i would bet the sway bar bushings on the bar , not on the lower arm,,

New shocks all the way around... they also said the sway bar bushings look good and are ok....could it be the rear springs ???I am noticing a dip ( sag ) to the right rear.....
