Alright I might not be the brightest crayon in the box
but I replaced the Automatic Hubs with Mile Marker Hubs with the conversion kit, also replaced the bearings on the dirvers and passenger side and I'm hearing the noise as if the front axle is turning/grinding. could it be the problem that the transfer case is going and this truck has got it out to give me high blood pressure or something.

Any suggestion that could help me figure that the transfer case or something else is cause this?

Does it do this only when the hubs are engaged or all the time?

When did you replace the hubs? If you installed them yourself, take the wheels off and visually inspect everything. It could be as easy as a re-packing or greasing. Is there a difference when you engage the hubs?

The hubs were replaced two weeks ago and the bearings and seal were done this week . Wednesday I believe. The noise started two weeks ago on monday night. And to me it sounds like something might be grinding/engaging .

And hints or help would be greatly helpful with this problem.

Well if the noise started right after the hubs were replaced, you got 2 options.....1 - return to whoever installed them. 2 - If you installed them...do it again. Hopefully it's just something isn't seated right.

If you still have the noise after re-installing...send them back and get a new set.
