front end sits up higher than rear

i am new to this forum and explorers in general my 91 explorer 4x4 5 speed has a little prob guy before me lifted front and i believe put ranger leafs under rear. has custom front and rear bumpers i want a level look, i tried the soa in rear but gave it to much lift i was considering buying a new 4 inch tuff country suspension lift from jcwhitney or summitt. i have lifted a couple 87-96 f150 and have a 4 inch lift for a f150, heard that some parts were same for explorer but i dont wanna try until i know for sure it holds 265x75x16 on it now wanting to go to 32x11.5x15 on 15x10 d windows looking for suggestions plz

what do u recommend to fix suspension first

well by the sounds of it whatever lifted the suspension in the first place was a thick leaf pack in the back because it was sua. do you know if an after market lift shackle was used? since you are now soa removing a leaf and/or going back to stock shackles will lower your back end.
how much was it lifted to being with?
