Front end squeak

I have a loud squeaking in the passenger side front end of my 2003 Explorer Sport. Happens when I drive over bumps and when I push down on that side of the vehicle. Doesn't squeak anywhere else. It squeaks as I push down and as it lets up. I'm thinking shocks, spring or something like that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the front sway bar frame bushings.

Agreed. Mine have to be hit with WD40 or a lubricant twice a year to keep them quiet. Something like SuperWrench or a similar lubricant is better than WD40
