Front lower control arm replacement Help!

Ok guys Ive been hanging around this site for over a year and never had to post. I've always been able to find the info needed by just looking around great site!! But I havent seen a thing about this. No its not because of a bad lower ball joint its because of a bad lower control arm trust me LOL. Its bent and my stearing wheel is cranked about 15% to go straight.
Soooo are there any special tools needed and how long say for someone that knows what their doing, I'll take that and double it.

I am looking for this too. The right side control arm is bent. Want to determine if I can replace it or not.

Ya, how on earth did you bend a lower control arm, they are beefy on the 3rd gens. If you can change a wheel bearing or do ball joints you can replace the arm.
