On my '92 4 door it's on the driver's side frame rail a little bit forward of the gas tank.

If it's in the same place as the 4X4 it's under the driver's feet along the frame.

ok how do you take it off lol... i got my truck jacked up had all the tools i thought i needed slid under it and took off the clips and then tried to pull the hose off and it wouldnt move i got some vice grips and it wouldnt move it would spin but it wouldnt move back or forth its a rubber hose with a metal fitting over the fuel filter and it feels like it is fixed on there I Really need help lol

You need a fuel line removal tool. They're like $10 at an auto store. Then you just slide the tool under the fitting to take it off.

Thank you i wish they would have told me that when i went up there lol

Most of the tools have 2 different sizes in one tool. But if it doesn't than I think the size you need is 5/16". Also don't forget to relieve the fuel pressure before pulling the filter or you'll be covered in gas.

ok now you will have to forgive me in not real knowledgeable on fuel systems ... How do you releive the pressure

under the hood is a fuse box, upen it up and in the lid should be a diagram that indicates what each fuse is for. Remove the one for the fuel pump. Then try to start the car a few times (It will NOT start). This will relieve the pressure in the fuel lines.
Be careful when you do this, the first time i did i didnt have anything to catch all the fuel that leaked OUT of the filter once it was loose. Grab a bucket so you don't get soaked.

the plastic tool works best

keep in mind, if you damage that line you will end up having to replace the whole line. And they are not cheap
