fuel gauge
I've got an '86 Ranger and the fuel guage does the same thing. Someone told me there is a fuse like plug behind the gauge in the dash you can replace that might fix it. I've been to lazy to try being off at college and not having the time or place to delve into the truck as much.

also i'm thinking about selling my truck at the end of the summer if anyone is intersted.
it's a '86 4X4 (of course) regualrcab, shortbed, black(pinted about 6 months ago), 3" body lift, bigger springs infront, 31"x10.50's(Fate-O range runners) on 15x8 3.75 offset USwheel series 24 blades-(the ones with the black in the center). 2.9 V-6, 5 speed manual, 190,000 miles and runngin strong-new lifters about 3K ago. Just put in new clutch. bullbar w/lights-5%tint on side windows and i'm not sure what's on the rear glass(sliding glass)
Lot's of new parts- steering gears-front and rear diffs- u-joints-slip yoke- new cab and front fenders when it was repainted, starter, etc.
(replaced cab due to rusted body mounts)
if anyone is interested i'll see if i can't get some pics up
also i'm looking for a 93-94 explorer if anyone knows of any good ones for sale in the kentucky area.
