Well, my fuel injector replacement didnt go so good today.
The new injectors were too short. ****. Wrong ones.
I purchased them on ebay from autopartauctions and was a bit concerned I would be stuck with $200.00 of injectors that were no good to me.
I emailed them and within an hour had a response that there was 3 differnt types of injectors for my vehicle, and they did have the correct ones (I emailed the part number off one of my injectors) and would ship on monday.
All they asked is that when the new ones arrive, there would be return info, and to return the ones that do not fit.
Amazing service. autopartauctions deserves honourable mention.
Anyway, Im getting fast at tearing the top end apart. Total time to remove and replace upper intake and fuel rail/injectors was two hours.
................I still hate that egr tube though.
I'll have to see if I can beat my two hours when the new injectors arrive.
