Can anyone tell me where to source replacement fuel line clips for an 98 SOHC Explorer? The look like a metal C shaped clamp. There are two at the fuel filter and two more on top of the fuel tank at the pump. They are totally ate up by rust.

If you don't want to order the clips, most auto parts stores stock these kinds of clips, but they're kept behind the counter, so you have to ask. I try to stay away from Dorman stuff whenever possible (sometimes you have no choice).

Here is a picture of it, none of those above seem to quite match...

Hey, a bit late but i was searching for this for a while now and found this part:

FOAZ9A317B Clip,Line Fuel

Seems to be the correct size and i now wait for the delivery. Will update as soon as possible.

I was wondering why is there so much rust on your clips, bracket and steel lines?
I just did my fuel filter on the 97' SPORT and took this picture:

Whew, Dave, I think you will have problem with your brake lines fairly soon. That rust is enough that before long the lines will have to be replaced. I would start now on hunting replacements, or making new ones from Nicopp brake line tubing.

You haven't been in Upstate NY ever .
Whole parts of cars and trucks just rot away. I've replaced every metal line in my explorer. The fuel lines thankfully are made of Stainless Steel. They discolor a bit but they will never corrode.

Even the damn torsion bar rotted and snapped.
