I changed the FPR and now getting almost 18 mpg street/highway driving. However I lost a little power(does not have that kick). Althrough the truck was not running rich it was supplying lots a of fuel to the Injector. Do they sell a adjustable FPR for the Explorer? Would like to get the pep back for the weekends.

how much did it cost, where did you get it, and where is it located? what kind of milage were you geting? did it drop all of a sudden? i know, lots of questions, sorry, but my 95 has dropped down into the 12 to 13 mpg range from 15 to 17mpg in the past few weeks and i'm almost desperate.

Drmoore,

The FPR is on the fuel rail I believe. Run a search for FPR or Regulator and you should find numerous threads regarding this issue, and the answers to your questions.

The FPR is located on the passenger side of the truck
Twards the front above the last spark plug. The cost from AutoZone Was $76.00 plus tax...
