Hi there just wondering if anyone here has replaced their fuel pump from inside the vehicle by cutting an access hole? I think this would be far faster and easier than doing it the old fashioned way.

Welcome to the forum!
There are some threads here on that. I would not use a cutting wheel though wheel because of sparks. I'm thinking an air chisel with the right blade would do the trick.

I got a tungsten carbide bit that I will use it should not give off any sparks

I just did my Gen 2 in a parking lot last week. It can be done with all the doors closed. I was able to reach the electric connections from inside also. Used a tin snips to cut a big enough hole to feel for lines and wires and used a 12 volt sawzall for what the snips wouldn't do. The pump quit for it's first time ever and refused to spin even while I was rapping it with a hammer after cutting access. I plugged the new pump in to test it before installation.
