My Ford Bronco stalls out and will not start in very hot weather. The mechanics checked it and said that I need a new fuel pump. My first question is could anything else be causing low fuel flow besides a faulty pump? - For example, bad connections, relay switch, etc. The fuel filter had just been changed 6 months ago. This fuel pump is the in tank kind. Can anyone give me the basic steps I need to R&R this pump? My Bronco II has served me well but I am ready to shoot it. I actually had the fuel pump change a couple of years ago and I am wondering how it could have failed again. Thanks
