Would anybody be interested of having a get together in Alberta, Canada?

We have bought our 94 Ford Explorer, and we just love it!

Welcome fellow Calgarian. I was actually going to suggest the same thing. There are a couple others on this board from Cowtown as well. Count me in, but I may have to ride along with someone else depending on the date.

Good idea Kevin. How about on the August long weekend? We could get all the B.C., Alberta, and Washington Explorers there. Maybe start a new thread titled Whipsaw Trail or something.

We should still get the Alberta gang together though.

We should do a small run around Calgary somewhere once the weather clears up. Wheeling in the snow can be fun, but it sure limits where one can go.

I know what kind of a rig Paul G has, what about the rest of you? I have a low-rider. ;-)

Hi Barry!

My 1994 Explorer is somewhat stock except for:

* Manual Locking Hubs

* 30x9.5x15" Michelin

* Airbox Modifications

I have no suspension work done yet.

How about Maclean Creek?

McLean Creek is closed to vehicles over 1000lbs until May. So unless we can convince the Forest Rangers that our Explorers are snowmoboogers Dead Link Removed we are out of luck there. There is always the Waiporous area, it is open all year round. I also got a few tips on trails in the Rocky Mountain House area.

I have a lowrider too! Dead Link Removed Well at least if you compare it to the fullsize trucks on 38 and larger tires that most people run around here it is a low rider. Dead Link Removed
