Welcome to the site.. Contact a locksmith who can program PATS lock systems or contact a dealer to have it towed. Your PATS lock anti-theft system has gone haywire.

I might get flamed for this, but, try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes, then reattach. Be prepared for the horn to blow when you reattach the battery cable, and the alarm to go off as soon as you open the door. Push the bypass button (on the driver side kick panel) and try to start the truck. My truck does this on occasion and this procedure works for me.
Your mileage may vary.

:(

i did disconnect the batt didnt work tried checking the fuses tried the fuel pump shutoff, nothing i just got it and the place that sold it to me said they would fix what ever happened but i need to know what im talking about and this is not my area ive had my fair share of lessons from my mechanic hes the best but hes not around right now and i need some serious advice thanks

Your problem is the "Passive Anti-Theft Sysytem. (PATS) Your key has a chip in it that is no longer being read by the ignition system. It needs to be reprogrammed.

More than 1 key?

Did you get more than one ignition key when you purchased the vehicle? If so, try a different key. When PATS detects a bad key it disables the fuel injectors. If the "THEFT" flashes rapidly with the key in the ignition then the microchip on the key is not being recognized as valid.
