With the C&L, I needed to get the one with the flange. It mounted nicely to the heat shield on my CAI. I probably should get my tuning program updated to compensate for the increase in intake though.
Overall, without getting a superchrager or tampering with the exhaust, I pretty much maxed out all options for the 4.0L. If anyone knows of more goodies, please let me know.
Headers and a cat back was thought of, but the product cost, labor, and louder noise just did not appeal to me. So as of now, I think I am done with the ups, and will just try to enjoy the added HP/torque and m.p.g.
