I am looking for any suggestions on where to put a 5 channel amp in an 03? kind of want it out of the way

good spot for amp in 03 Ex?

Storage compartments in rear
If you don't have a third row seat, then you can mount it in one of the storage compartments, probably the front one, would be a great place if your amp fits.
If you have the third row seat then you seat is taking up this space.
That's where I mounted mine.
