In the following pictures, I need to know what exactly goes into these plugs and what I need to buy/make to make it all work. I have the bulbs, projectors and everything....just need whatever goes in these plugs. If anyone could help, that would be great!

The small wires (red, green, black) are for the shutter that gives you high beam. How to wire is here: http://faqlight.carpassion.info/headlamp-harness.html
Power is supplied to the ballasts from a relay switched by your headlight wires and goes into the ballast by use of a 9006 headlight plug. That plugs into the larger of the recepticles on the ballast. The other smaller receptacle...I have no idea what its for.
Getting a 9006 plug from a salvage yard w/the wires attached is preferred.
Have you read about the retrofit at the link shown above? That will help a lot to understand the wiring harness and pics for installing the projectors.
If you cant find out what the second smaller plug in is for let me know. I have a friend at a shop & we can look it up in AllData on Mon.
Edit: After reading at: http://hidplanet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=138 the smaller plugin may be to plug the high beams into. Really not sure. You may want to go there, post a pic & see what they have to say.

thanks man

I actually did a lot of HW on hidplanet also and found that the second plug is BMW's autolight adjusting crap and highbeam plug.

One thing I cannot find out is when I retrofit the project into the housing, how am I supposed to protect the back side from the rain and such? I will try to explain by using photos below

How am I supposed to protect the back of the projector that sticks out of the housing once mounted?

Something like a plastic ChefBoyardee container siliconed to the lamp housing w/a hole cut in the bottom to allow the bulb holding ring and elect. connection to stick out. A metal cupcake holder? Something will catch your eye to cover it.
One thing to remember is that you want the projector far enough forward in the housing that it doesnt shine light on the bottom of the housing as it will reflect as glare. Sometimes the inside of the housing has to be painted black so this doesnt happen. If you do have to paint it be sure to let the paint cure so it doesnt offgas in the housing and fog it up. Theres a lot of HID info out there to be found so read up on all you can find and you should have no trouble.
Good luck & show us lots of pics.
