Hey everyone, as some of you know my fiancee got a new mustang (v-6 :( ) and now it's time to fix up her old car alittle. I'm pretty sure that the fuel pressure regulator is shot, the engine doesn't want to start, surges, and dies...alot. I found a replacement at auto zone for 20.00, and am going to put it on tomorrow. The question is i've never done this before. I know the procedure for my explorer. The grand prix's will be similar wont it? And how do you find the Inertia switch to shut the fuel pump off? Or can I just disconect the batterie?

Thanks
CP :D

GM's don't have inertia switches. Disconnecting the battery will do.
