grill inserts?

Since the weather has just turned colder here, ( i think it made it below 0 tonite on the way home) the heater just isnt as hot as it should be.
Does anyone make a set of grill inserts that fill in the holes in the stock grill?
id rather not drill holes and use one of those snap on vinyl covers, they look like crap and dont wear very well..
