Hang up phone button doesn't work...

Does anyone else have any issue with the hang-up button on the steering wheel (above the voice command button) NOT working to hang up a call? I will bring up a redial screen if not on a call but will NOT disconnect a call in progress - I have to use the 5-way switch or touch screen...

Mine is still working fine. You need to hold it down for about 3 seconds.

Just went out and tested mine. It works correctly for me.

Make sure you hold it for a few seconds as stated above. I thought the same thing when I first started using Sync in my MKT. Once you get the feel for it, works fine.
