Hard to get into gear

I have a 94 with a 5 speed and I have trouble getting it into gear. I have changed the oil in it and went to synthectic, which did nothing. My clutch pedal feels fine.
I have been thinking of trying 10W hydraulic oil in it.
Has any one else tried this yet?
Do the synchos wear out or what?
Its got 200,000 miles on it.

x2. I know i use to have issues getting my truck into gear. For a little temporary help i found giving it a little gas would help it slide into gear until i got it fixed.

Thanks, I had a feeling it was slave cylinder time but didn't want go there.
