Harmonic balancer seal/gasket

I am ready to put this back on and noticed this seal has separated. I know when you by it new its together but in videos I've seen whenever thry have removed one the seal is separated. I dont think this could be to actually keep oil in engine (too many gaps) so my question is if I re use this seal that separated will it be a problem

I cant find this part by itself, seems I would have to buy a.new HB

Thanks, that's what i wanted to know. Ill check jy but I bet I'll have to remove it myself and thats not fun with engine in car. I may just buy a new HB since they are around $60. Appreciate you
