have a qeustion about my gears

I have a 91 explorer sport with a factory front end with a detroit locker and custom gears. Is there a straight axel setup that this front end would fit in?

Nope, sorry. Your current front axle is a Dana 35 TTB. The only solid Dana 35 is a rear axle in certain Jeeps.
Your best bet if you're going solid is to sell your parts, and put the money into a D44
