out wheeling the other day and i made it further than my buddy in an xterra with an all terrain tire... that was an awesome day of wheeling.

It just looks like you were beating it, not actually wheeling.

i tried once before that try to get up and it wasnt enough... so i gave it full throttle to make it up the hill. once i get my tires... i wont have to gun it like that ill be able to climb haha

If you're going to be doing that type of terrain you're better off looking into getting a little more ground clearance.

Its all about tires. I made it up a muddy hill in my 6 cylinder F-150 one time when a buddy couldn't make it up in his Jeep Wrangler with bald tires.
