head gasket replacement

on monday i'll be replacing both head gaskest on a 97 exp. i have a couple of ??? 1- are the head bolts reusable or are they a one time use?
2) what is the torque for the head bolts 3) and little secert to help this come off with out a hitch

Bolts are single use. Torque for the OHV 4.0 is step 1..torque to 22-26 Ft-lbs, step 2...torque to 52-56 Ft-lbs, step 3, tighten an additional 90°. For the 5.0 V8. step 1...torque to 30 ft-lbs, step 2...torque to 50 ft-lbs, step 3...tighten an additional 90°
