What tool do I need to adjust the headlights with? The part that you adjust the headlights with looks like an allen wrench. Where can I buy one? I hope its not a $50.00 Ford tool.

Just use the appropriate size of socket on a ratchet.

Snap-on and Mac carry them on there trucks for like 5-8 dollars.

its a really small socket goto lowes but a couple small ones, find the one that fits, and return all the others.

Thanks guys. Glad to hear its not a dealer item.

Just to let others know, I bought the Ford head light adjusting tool at PepBoys for just $2.99. A great buy.
Problem is that it only fits one of the adjusters, the one going straight up. The adjuster that faces the rear housing only has about 1 1/2" of clearance between it and the rear metal housing and the tool is about 2 1/2" long. So i'll just use a 1/4" ratchet and socket to get that one.

Vise-Grips always works well for me :)

Yea, I always use pliers, or my fingers.

Those are them

Yes, you found them. I always found that Vise Grip (tm) pliers tightened VERY tightly on them worked pretty well. There are a couple of flat spots that you can see if you look real closely.

I just can't remember which direction you turn each side to go up or down. Leave the lights on while you turn ... you'll figure it out.

If it's the same as a 95 X it's a #4 Metric.

In the owners man. it says its a 4mm socket:D
