Can the 1999 Explorer headlights fit and or be converted to the 1999 mountaineer

I'm pretty sure they can (as the vehicles are basically identical), but you'd have to change a bunch of stuff like possibly the grill, the piece under the grill, maybe the part the headlights mount to and the bumper cover's a little different on top. Too much work if you ask me. IMO the Merc front is much better looking than the Explorer (JMHO) and the Explorer headlights suck at night (IDK if the Merc's are really any better, but they might be).

You'll need an explorer header panel, grill, and head lights-corner lights.
