I bought a set of wires for the X from a joint called All OEM Parts. They sent the wrong type so I contacted their CS Dept. by phone and was told to watch my e-mail for a RMA and a return label. A week goes by with no contact so I e-mail them again. No contact. I e-mailed again yesterday and receive a reply! Your order cannot be returned as you kept it longer than 21 days yada, yada, yada.
I tell them I kept it waiting for their promised reply. "We have no record of your contacting us" yada, yada, yada.
So if you want a box of the wrong wires and a lot of baloney and run around give All OEM Parts or "The Parts Bin" a call. They will be only too happy to take your money!
Now on to my credit card company to tell them to loose the dogs.
